PROJECT OVERVIEW
This project explored experimental poster design through bold typography, grid systems, and contemporary visual compositions. Inspired by modern editorial and Swiss-style design, the series focused on creating visually striking posters that balance structure, movement, and minimalism.
THE PROBLEM
The challenge was to design a collection of posters that communicated strong visual impact while maintaining clarity, hierarchy, and consistency across the series. The project explored how typography and layout could become the primary visual language without relying heavily on imagery.
MY DESIGN PROCESS
The process involved experimenting with typography, scale, spacing, and grid-based layouts to create dynamic compositions with a strong editorial feel. I explored contrast, rhythm, and alignment to develop posters that felt modern, expressive, and visually balanced.
The designs followed a minimalist approach, allowing typography and composition to drive the visual identity of each piece while maintaining a clear visual hierarchy and clean structure.
OUTCOME AND RESULTS
The final outcome was a cohesive poster series combining experimental typography with modern design principles. The project strengthened my skills in visual hierarchy, layout systems, and typographic composition while exploring the balance between structure and creativity.
